"If you want no guidance in your case and a horrible experience go here. Eric’s team lost our proof of payment and requested double payment. They only contacted us when they lost payment and needed proof from us. We have contacted their team multiple times for advice and they would return our emails about 30 days later. The night before our interview, Eric briefed us on his way to date in a car ride. Very unprofessional! To your response: We were definitely not well prepared. We found a new attorney who did prepare us very well and actually MENTIONED that our previous attorney (you) should have looked into our case a lot more. Your paralegal only went over our application which I recorded the entire conversation if you need it for future clients, and proof that we didnt ignore anything. You did not raise any issue the night before, and the other attorney was honestly surprised you reached out the DAY before to prep. If you knew there may have been an issue during the interview, why not explain to us how we should face it versus delaying the process and worrying about it later. I always write reviews all over google about my experiences in all areas and you will see I give credit where it’s due and you were the last from it. Please stop bothering us and learn to not only do your job but also treat the people who hire you fairly."
