"You have already charged my mother for her “space” Which she paid for before she died. She has been cremated and my niece before her was cremated and both times you are charging the family $900 just to open the drawer. That’s unbelievable and very disheartening"

"My middle brother has been buried there since 1955 (before I was born). My youngest brother (even though he was older than me) since 2010. I would like us to be in one plot.. But, I have been told that only two can be together...WTW?"

"We have several generations of family buried here. They have always been affordable compared to some of the other cemetaries in the area. The only bad thing is they dont communicate well at all! My mother pre-planned her final resting place. She had a plan set in place and never hid the fact that money was an issue (fixed income) and that she was going to make small payments until it was paid. Once paid, and the stone put in place, it is in a total different location than what was discussed. Nobody called to tell her there was a problem and that the original location wouldnt work. Once she went to inspect the stone and saw things, she became upset that her final resting place isnt where was planned, discussed and supposedly measured. When she voiced her displeasure, she was told basically you cant always have what you want and if it hadnt taken 2 years to pay it off, she would have known sooner. I find this extremely disrespectful, distasteful and insensitive to anyone, much less a woman who is facing her own mortality. If you want compassion, this is not the place to go. My mother will be the last of my branch of my family to be buried here and its a shame."
