"Used the store for a US Adress to ship parcels to..ordered a pair of Asics shoes online..they got them in 3 days. Went to rent a car here in Ontario..but all the " big guys" like Enterprise will no longer rent to you..if you don't have a certificate of insurance. So I contacted the store gave them my address credit card no. Etc. They got it to me by UPS Standsrd in 2 days. It was expensive..but they did a great job!"

"When ordering from an online company, I was given an option of having my orders sent to this store for pick up. I have done this with several packages from various online companies in the last two years. I have never been charged a "pick-up charge" until yesterday. I was charged $5 for one of the parcels and $10 for the second one, supposedly because it was overweight. When I questioned the clerk about these new charges, having never been charged to pick up any item in the past, he told me that I had agreed to the charges when I signed up for my UPS account; not to my knowledge, unless it was buried in the fine print somewhere. I paid the $15 and left with my parcels."

"Been a customer here for years. While They do have single package pick up service, I have a actual box address and can have unlimited packages, and mail and best part is they will keep everything so I only need to go pick up once or twice a month. The staff are awesome! The place is always clean and well lit even after hours. I highly recommend this ups store over other services and ups stores in the area for their customer service alone!"
