"Whoever cleans these bathrooms thinks it's 'good enough' to rest toilet paper rolls on top of the holders. I picked one up off the floor and put it on the door coat hanger so it doesn't get nasty on the floor. Can you imagine how good this person cleans the toilets? Bring your own sanitizer when using these restrooms."
