"A total scam, worst contractor in NY so far. I would give 0 star if that was an option. They show up late, they overcharge, they hide into the van to let the time pass by while you are paying based on time and material. It took them 4 months to wire a pool and they did it wrong, they didn’t even bother to search what type of pool when charging over $15k for it. They don’t answer emails or sms… a total scam"
"I had a great experience with this company and will definitely hire them again. I live in the city, but needed an external light removed to make way for a downspout. Originally, they didn't think I needed to be there, but turns out they did need access to the inside. They came back at no extra charge to finish the job the way it needed to be done for the gutter install. I was extremely grateful. I'll also add that the company is very easy to reach and always returned my calls promptly. They care about their customers. Highly recommended."
