"Bought a chainsaw on Tuesday, use it for an hour on Wednesday and it wouldn't start again. Thought it was fluted. Took the spark out left for 24 hours, no start again. Took it back on Friday , the guy said i will take care of it for you. Takes the saw , goes to the back comes back after 15 minutes with some paperwork and he's like yea you right it won't start, let me have your name and phone number and when it's fix we will call you. Im like are you serious it's 3 days old and it work for an hour, i would like a new one. Hes like i can't do that. So i take my receipt out i point to the back where it's says no hassle returns and i asked him what about your store's policy? Hes like it doesn't apply to stihl. So why don't you post it so people would know before they buy from you? My advice stay away. Go to tractor supply down the block or better yet buy it downstate because once they realize you are not local they will pull thinks like this on you."
