"I have been banking with WesBanco for years. I have always received wonderful service until today. I pulled into the drive through at the Sabraton and was ignored for several minutes despite being the only one in line. When I pushed the service button, the lady ignored me for several more. Thinking it hadn’t worked, I pushed it again and she proceeded to snap at me. I stated that I just needed a deposit slip. She then ignored me for nearly 10 minutes, I had to leave as I was on my lunch break."
"Second time I've been there thus week and they can't help me!!! First time was to get a notary with a member of your bank nope can't help. Second time to cash a check with a member( I've done before ) nope can't do that either. Don't go to this worthless bank!"
