"I may try to do my taxes myself as I have done in the past due to the high fees for filing with H&R Block. I can use Taxact and only pay less than $20. I used H&R Block because I had a retirement distribution and did not know about penalties or other deductions I may have to pay. I think the fees you charge are rather absorbent compared to other areas but the service was quick and the person who prepared my taxes was very helpful and knowledgeable. She did a great job and explained everything clearly."
