After an exhausting time of my inquiries of estimates from other companies I went with Flawless. I'm very glad I did !. Randall and his crew started the job the very next day. They repaired the roof first, by not only replacing the rotted out plywood panel but rewired the corroded electrical system. Thanks, because that was a fire hazard. The roof looks great and no leaks. Now all lights and exhaust fans work flawless. Next job is to insulate my attic. Thanks again!!!"

His price was far better than the other quotes I received and he added a few extras during the job that was greatly appreciated. The roof and gutters came out flawless.
