"One of your drivers was on Jericho Turnpike in Commack in the right lane at approximately 8:15am. He started coming over into the left lane almost hitting me. I honked, but he kept coming over. He would’ve hit me if I had not stopped. He then slowed down to below the speed limit, I moved over into the right lane to pass him and he sped up. I stayed in the right lane for a little bit and at one point when I was almost next to him, he started coming over into the right lane as of to scare me like he was going to hit me. If this is how your drivers treat people, I would not want to use you as any kind of contractor."
"They were communicative and timely setting up the appointment to install a new Bosch fridge, but damaged one of my custom cabinet panels in the process. The guy who damaged it tried to gaslight me and say it was already damaged but I have photos before the installation that it was not. JSA then said it was the responsibility of Bosch to repair the damage and then ghosted me. Reached out to Bosch and they assured me that the contractor is responsible for the damage and now I’m stuck with a damaged custom cabinet panel."
