"I do not recommend using this company for small jobs. Watch your wallet around these guys and for fixing a leak be home and on the roof with them while they work. I used SW for a roof leak. I was mislead on the work that was promised. They did the work while l wasn’t home to inspect. They charged $300 and the only thing done was applying silicon. These are the before and after photos. They wouldn’t even put a new collar over the pipe. Full disclosure.. we have 3 vent pipes on the roof, 1 with an active leak, 1 in bad shape. 1 in great shape. The guy who shows up tells my wife “I fixed the one for $300. The other 2 need $950 worth of work.” I admit the bad one needs a new collar and some silicone that a reasonable roofer (that I’ve now hired) will do it for $200. Maybe SW does do great work when they’re redoing your entire roof but for fixing a leak they’ll say what they need to just to get the job and then upsell if you’re not going on the roof with them. I’m very suspicious about the rest of the reviews for this company. As of writing this in August ‘23 all the reviews were written 8-9 months ago. All 25+ reviews, all 5 stars, all written around December ‘22. I shoulda known that’s a red flag, either they hired a marketing company around then or got friends and family to write reviews over the holidays."
