"I'm so glad I chose new beginning, extremely professional, i called them for paint job and found out they provide so many services ,I loved that I didn't have to call a separate plumber or electrician they even fixed my AC , they are truly one stop shop."
"We went with this company because of the good reviews and that was a mistake. Everything initially went smooth, with the estimate and ease of scheduling the job. When the day came to do the work, there was miscommunication about payment for a half up front deposit, which was not initially stated. This delayed the start of the job a few hours. What should have been done by a team of workers, was instead tackled by one person and took him more than 12 hours. We are a small business, so this had to be done in the time that we were closed as was made clear in the initial consult and agreed upon. The painter worked to finish the job in time, but did a sloppy job, paint drips everywhere, paint on the trim and ceiling. It really was a mess that we ended up having to fix ourselves and pushing our timeline. Details of a job, taping door frames, light fixtures, shelving, is what is expected from professionals. You pay more money because you are choosing to pay for a professionally done job! For the price, and time it took, it should've been done better. Won't be using this company again and DO NOT RECOMMEND."
