"Updated: thank you, Umar for helping with the resolution. Initial review: I would give them negative stars if possible. They should stick to pointing bricks and nothing else. He’s a good salesman who tricked me into thinking he was knowledgeable of all things construction. My basement is leaking worse than before they completed “waterproofing my foundation”. The incompetence of their work shows in the finish product. Since Umar abandoned the job, I had two veteran contractors provide quotes that cost double what I paid him to address the issues. They both told me, you get what you pay for. Currently working to reclaim some of the money I paid BCR, so I can fix my basement correctly."
"Well I just had to write this review. Umar with BCR Construction was the contractor on our remodel and his work and schedule was just perfect. I know when you start a remodel you figure the schedule to be very flexible and the project to always take weeks or months to finish beyond what the contractor says, but I am here to tell you Umar finished on time. Not one day late, and the work was without a doubt top notch. I had, really, nothing to complain about. Therefore Umar you deserve these 5 stars.
