Andy and his tight crew were great: experts in all the tasks they performed. On time every day, plus they consistently followed all the Management/Co-Op renovation protocols regarding public spaces, elevator use, clean-up, etc... Andy also expertly handled the various difficult problems that arose due to the existing old electrical and plumbing issues which needed proper correcting and replacing. Plus, near the end of the project, we decided to also have all new ceilings with sound proofing installed in all the rest of the apartment too ...Andy and his team did it to perfection including all the final sanding and painting. Everything in the renovation project looks terrific, and we have peace of mind knowing that every step and stage was done properly, to code, and with quality materials. I will definitely be calling Andy again if we ever have another project requiring a contractor."
