"After the flash floods in Brooklyn last week, Mike at Roofmaster was inundated with urgent calls for service. He was booked for weeks and the calls kept coming. But he was so gracious and patient when I called in a panic about our roof leak right before we were due to have an inspection of the building. The neighboring building had moved a big stone onto our roof and it had damaged the seal right before the storms. Mike gave us an appointment, but said that he'd fit me in before that if an opening came up. And he did! He texted me when he had an opening and his team came over and did a complicated repair, and capped our chimney and made the roof ready for winter and what will surely be another storm. They did a great job. And we were so appreciative of their efforts to make good his promises not just to us but to Roofmaster's other customers at a stressful time."

"Replacing a roof is a big undertaking, and comes at a big price. We were stressed about having to replace ours, and Mike at Roofmaster really, really put us at ease. It's important to mention that we'd met with other roofers and even contracted with one, but they ghosted us and blew off the project all together. When Mike came to first meet with us, he was friendly and cordial but super-direct and straight with us. He explained everything that would go into our project. He made everything so clear that instead of dread we began to be excited to have our roof replaced. Not only the roof, but they were replacing our (inappropriately small) gutters and replacing the skylights in our kids' rooms. All of this was going on, by the way, while we were having major service performed on our split A/C system, including temporarily relocating the condenser from the roof while Mike's team was working. The day work was to begin, Mike and his assistant got everything staged and ready to go. Mike also met with the A/C team to coordinate their work, which we really appreciated. The next day, a team of 7 guys were here precisely on time and attacked the work. In two days, the entire roof was done and it's brilliant. We've had a couple terrific storms since then and the thing appears to be bullet-proof. Throughout it all, Mike's team was courteous and professional and Mike checked in with us and kept us up to date on the work. I heartily recommend Roofmaster. If you need your roof repaired or replaced, Mike's your guy."

"I used this company a few times. Stay away from this company. Not professional. The owner is terrible. No manners at all. Never fixed my roof the right way. My roof is still leaking. Terrible roofer.. This place deserves no stars. But I have to give at least one to post."
