"I recently purchased a co-op in Queens and wanted to do a complete bathroom renovation, install a new kitchen floor, and complete a few other, small projects around my condo.  Singh not only provided a reasonable price, but he and his team also executed the project to my specifications, abided by the rules set forth by my building's Board, and worked to ensure I was satisfied.  I was unsure what to expect when tackling a construction project in NYC, but they handled my project with care and I am pleased with their work.  It was great hiring a local business such as Singh's, and I would do it again for any future home remodeling needs."

"Please do not use this contractor , they have zero standards always coming up with excuses when asked , had a complete gut job done in a bathroom , when the put back together bathroom did not level ceiling had to make them redo and was told by the owner of company Singh that my house was crooked lol then after fixing ceiling had same issue with window and tiles had to redo as well , I would have to measure and tell them where to place tiles and a cut out in the wall for shampoo bottles and stuff , the box was not even on both sides so the had to tear down and redo and the funny thing is that it was acceptable to the contractor due to their low standards we wound up discounting job by almost 1500 dollars due to all mistakes and when they were done I looked at tub facing the shower body and the handle and the shower head were off by two inches and when I asked how did that happen Singh proceeded to say there was a beam in the way he could not move it .Luckily I took pictures before and after and I sent to him to show there no beam in the way he is just a lousy contractor that should not be used at all please do yourself a favor and to make things confirm how bad they are they had legal form ready for you to sign so you can not sue them after they gave you refund I have never in my life had to deal with such incompetence Please again do not use , please do not use this contractor wish I can give zero rating do not have that option"
