Alex was ALWAYS available to talk on the phone, and even came out to our house during a rainstorm to help make sure our basement didn't flood mid renovation. His team were amazing-so nice, so respectful, and their work is immaculate. We felt comfortable with them in our home at all times, and had no fears about leaving for a few hours with them there. THEY EVEN BROUGHT IN CHEWY PACKAGES FOR US! We were blown away with how good our basement came out. He exceeded our expectations in every possible way.
