"Anthony performed the work at my home in a timely manner with excellent results. He charged a fair price and left the work area clean and ready to use"
"Anthony did a great job. He listened to what we had to say regarding our project. He offered his suggestions and we agreed to schedule the work. He was on time. He was professional and he explained everything. We were very happy with the final results and would highly recommend him."
"I found Kaneri Construction on Angie's list. You know how in the back of your head when you're looking for a contractor, you're prayering you a get a decent guy who's gonna show up, do the job and not cheat you. Well, not to sound too cliché but my prayers were not only answered they were exceeded! I hired Anthony to do a tile repair on a bathroom rental. Of course it was worse then expected and the whole thing needed to be stripped down and renovated. Anthony was professional. He sent me videos and pictures of everything going on with the bathroom at every process, we discussed options and I never felt pressured. From the rotted wood, to the materials bought, the progress made and the end result. It took longer because noone expected the mess he found behind the walls. But Anthony was diligent to stay on schedule. He pricing was very fair. My tenant's were happy and I was happy. I hired him again after the tenants moved out to do some repairs, painting and cleaning. I got a fair price, a great looking apartment that rented within a week of posting and I now have a trust worthy contractor/handyman I can rely on. It was a blessing I picked the right one."
"Anthony started the repair, collected the money and never came back to finish! He likes to make promises and then make excuses. I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt, excuses were always "my car broke down", "I had an inspection at another location", "my equipment isn't working all of a sudden", "I never said that", etc. He started September 8, 2020 and still hasn't finished. I ultimately had to hire someone else to finish."
"I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all cost. I hired Kaneri to renovate my bathroom with marble tile. After three long weeks, everything he did had to be ripped out. I noticed the floor and one and only wall he did was completely destroyed. All chipped, cracked, scratched and etched marble. Once we noticed he came over and said not to worry , he will make it look perfect. I gave him two opportunities to repair wall and floor before he proceeded to destroy any more materials. His first attempt was AJAX. He scrubbed the polished marble with AJAX. Anybody that knows anything about marble knows this reacts and eats away at marble. The second attempt on a different day was with a razor blade. He used a immense amount of adhesive so it spread all over the marble and he decided to get the adhesive off using a blade and further scratching tiles. He also damaged a wall opposite of bathroom with nail marks while building what he called a niche. He damaged my new woods floors because he left tape on them for the three weeks he was here. The stain come off with the tape. He refuses to return money or pay for all damage he has done. He used excuse he had a 105 fever and did promise to pay back some money but has not. He is completely incompetent and will now have to sue. AVOID!! The new contractor does not believe a licensed person did that job and had to completely gut bathroom, he said was one of worst jobs he ever seen."
