"I'm not sure how anyone with self-respect is willing to live in one of the bulky, cheaply-built block monstrosities built by the Lusa Construction company. The Lusa family should be ashamed and kicked out of the community not only for the egregious abuse towards the residential zoning laws, but more importantly, their revolting post-post modern architecture which shows off the Home Depot fences which they use for siding. I'm not sure what front lawns and trees did to the Lusa family, or why they are so allergic to anything that pleases the eye, but I know its unfair for the rest of us to have suffer seeing the hideous creations come to life from the mind's eye of the Lusa family. Seriously. There is silver-lining. The Lusa family's eyesores are made so cheaply that they'll be gone in a generation- but their descendants will have made a profit off our destroyed community. Colonization, now with poly-methyl-carbide siding."

"Lusa Construction scammed me into believing that I was buying new construction with the latest and most up to date amenities but they did not test that the amenities actually functioned. First year living in the property I experienced freezing pipes, an HVAC heating system that cannot produce a temperature of more than 60 degrees inside the house (that’s right I am unable to heat the house at 68 or 70 degrees because the system is not functioning properly), electrical wiring that does not function. And they are not interested in fixing the problems."

"Do not hire this company. They are doing construction across the street from my house and their employees vandalized my car bc it was parked in the way of them gaining access to the site. My car was parked LEGALLY. They could have asked the police department to contact me to move my car and I would have happily obliged. I don't think you want that kind of trouble when having any construction done so avoid it and don't hire them."

I read a couple of bad reviews about Manny ,whoever wrote those reviews either didn't pay him or were outright bad people. Best Builder in the area. Manny has built 5 houses for my family up to now.
