"Prince did not honor the majority of the items in our contract. When we were close to the finish line, he stopped all work and demanded an additional 20% in order to finish our project. When we requested a justification for the increase he could not provide one and said it was caused by COVID which happened fours years ago. This was a very traumatic experience and a financial nightmare. I would not want another homeowner to deal what we went through."

"Update - Prince is using bots to give him 5 stars don't fall for it...... Update - Daivik Persaud is Prince's electrical sub contractor his review is not real and they are in busniess together. The fact that he needs to have fake reviews put on shows his slimy ways to get busniess.... ----- Beware! Prince will take his profits and abandon the job. We hired Prince for various tasks in building our new home. However, he would only complete some of the work, request payment from the bank, and then leave our home vulnerable to the elements. Due to his negligence, our roof leaked because he improperly connected the roof drain with a rubber hose, causing water damage to our new hardwood floors across three levels. Additionally, Prince disregarded our contract by removing items paid for upfront by the bank. He even went as far as forging my signature on a bank draw, leaving us in the dark regarding communication with the bank. Our account manager discovered his unauthorized use of our signature. I've just been informed that he has a trial date for forging a document submitted to the city. Additionally, he provided us with a fake Certificate of Insurance. It's best to steer clear of Prince; he's nothing but a thief!"

"Warning about Prince he will give you a price and sign a contract and will not honor it. He did not do majority of what the contract stated, be aware and stay away. Prince delayed our project for two years until we finally had to terminate our contract with him due to his delay tactics."
