"We had our roof done about 3 years ago by this company. They did a fine job with the roofing work - they had done repairs for us before so we hired them when it was time to replace the whole thing. But I don't think we'd use them again because they weren't good to communicate with and, 3 years later, we're still picking up roofing scraps from our yard and flower beds. Given our age, however, and the length of the guarantee on the roofing work, we expect that any problems with the roof will belong to the next owner of this house and not us. :)"

"We hired Roof4Roof to do a total roof replacement for our Condo in Hoboken. We chose them because we had a warranty included. Roof4Roof is no longer honoring the warranty and their customer service has been rude and inconsistent. Select another provider, or regret it down the road. Chuck: What do I gain here? I don't own a roofing company. You replaced our entire roof and we have had several leaks right after. Now you wont even come inspect the damage inside the unit and you make never ending excuses. Our management company has you on their "not recommended" list of contractors. False accusations? Leaking inside the unit from the roof with significant water damage is very easy to see. I'll upload photos so other potential customers can avoid the mess we are in."
