"They came in with a very high price to paint my apt. but not the bedroom because it was recently painted. My gut told me to reject the quote but I went ahead anyway. Armando seemed very nice. After they finished the job, the bathroom ceiling paint started to peel in some places. I called Armando back to take a look and they painted again. Then the same thing happened again. I called Armando again but this time he said it was not his problem, that something must be going on in the wall. He hung up quickly saying he would call me back which he never did. I tried calling him but he didn't answer. So I reached out to my co-op board and they sent one of their workers. The problem was flat paint was used on the bathroom ceiling. The gentleman used my leftover semi-gloss and the ceiling then and now is perfect. Shame on you, Armando. Your word to me about calling me back is meaningless."
