"Before you take a job here, please keep this in mind (especially if you are young): Whoever gossips to you will gossip about you. This is a very toxic work environment. The people here are not as "welcoming" as they claim to be."
"This is an amazing place to work! As a single mom, working full-time, RCC has blessed me with a flourishing career, promoting both personal and professional growth. Supporting supplier diversity is especially important to me. My direct report recognized my passion for diversity and inclusion and suggested I lead the development of the company’s first MWSDVOB Program. As the Chief Compliance Diversity Officer at RCC I will continue to expand our network of certified small, minority, woman, disadvantaged and disabled veteran-owned suppliers and subcontractors."
"From the moment I began my career at RCC, I felt at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. My involvement on two industry association boards is encouraged and supported. The company follows an "open door" policy and invites interaction between all co-workers. Everyone is treated like part of the RCC family."
"On Sept 17, 2018 driving a Railroad Construction SUV, Amy Larocco, drove aggressively with rage and deliberately hit my car hitting the side where my one year old sits. Luckily, she hit the front side near the hood. She proceeded to leave the site of the accident and sped through several city streets as I chased her consistently blowing my horn. After driving for about half a mile I saw cops and shouted for them to stop her. She never apologized. Once we spoke to police to document the police report, I went to their company where amazingly she was the recptionist. I spoke to a gentleman, supposedly her boss or HR to warn of her agrressive driving behavior. Waiting to see if their insurance company will cover my damages as she lied to the police sayinIg she didnt realize she hit me. I would post a picture of her giving me the finger but dint want to disgrace her further. I have never experienced such road rage in my almost 30 years of driving in NJ. Hopefully, they'll keep her off the road before she really injures someone."
"The Family of Companies . This place can get the work you need done at a reasonable rate, using highly trained Union employees . The people in the office give you that “at home” feeling and always follow through . When it comes to Railroad, civil, or electrical work in a commercial setting, this is the place to call ."
