"Very unprofessional staff, have no clue what they are talking about just trying to make a quick sale. Recommended my contractor a color after they told him a dark walnut stain was out and similar. Instead of recommending a place or a stain that might work for the floors, the sell him a different stain that is "better."Bought several containers of them. Contractors started staining the floors with them and even put on semi gloss on top. Results speak for themselves. We come to find out after researching that this stain is meant for cabinets and furniture not for the floor! Very upset with the staff and be careful with what they try to sell you."

"A few months ago, I brought a can of paint in (bought there previously) for them to duplicate. Not only the color was totally off, they made it a gloss instead of satin. I brought it back and they mixed a new can. A big waste of my time. This week I needed another color and when my painter put it on, it bubbled up and it was all blotchy. My painter brought the paint to another paint store, and they said the paint was mixed with a very old base. The can said 2017. I did not have the time to go return the paint, so I’m out the price of a gallon of paint. Needless to say, I do not recommend this paint store."
