We called and Robert was out to measure and discuss our options right away. We decided on a style, received a quote and gave a deposit. The following week the material was in and the guys were here for the Installation. They were very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and did an amazing installation. We highly recommend Robert Tuohy for any and all your fence needs."
"OPINION: EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAS NO HONOR! ... "Mr. Tuohy" installed my fence a few years back .... His hardware, on one of two gates, was inadequately installed, and, or inferior, and would not line up .... He inexplicably refused to respond to numerous calls to cure what seemed a very simple issue ... He never once had the decency to return my calls ... Over this winter, the 2nd gate - post rose up a couple of inches (winter frost?) ... So once spring arrived, I thought - "hey" - let's call "ol Robert" ... Once again, numerous messages have gone unanswered ... HE - INEXPLICABLY - NEVER PICKS UP MY CALLS! ... Mr. Tuohy talked a good game and was very - very personable ... Tuohy's failure to respond in the first instance, notwithstanding, I would have certainly paid to have the him remedy the out-of-warranty post work ... It pains me to have to provide even this #1 star in order to post here ... I hope this man does not do to you what he did to us! ..."
