"My wife and I contracted Austin Fanning for a partial kitchen remodel and we cannot speak highly enough of the product or the experience. Austin, Heather, and their team were incredibly professional, always prompt, and produced work of only the highest quality. My wife worked closely with Heather to design a large island for our kitchen with a multitude of features and customizations and every step of the process was smooth. Austin and his team did a masterful job of coordinating all the necessary sub-contractors to complete the work promptly, and rolled with the punches when delays on our end threw in the occasional hiccup. On top of that, Austin went above and beyond to help out when we needed an extra hand for related projects. I was dealing with a severe shoulder injury at the time that left me fairly useless, and I'm not terribly handy at the best of times, so his kindness and understanding were greatly appreciated. All-around, I have never worked with a better contractor. Whether your job is large or small, you will be in good hands with Austin and Heather."

"My wife and I had our unfinished townhouse basement finished by Austin Fanning. We consulted with several GC’s in the area, but decided to go with Austin and Heather after speaking with them on several occasions. They were very transparent with cost estimates, and explained the entire process to us. This is the first time either of us have done any home construction, so it was nice to have them walk us through all phases of the project. They were always very nice, responsive, and professional. The project management software they used was also a very nice touch, as we could communicate at any time through the portal and see how different phases were progressing. The financials were also captured on the portal. The resulting work is top notch, and we love everything about our finished basement! Thank you Austin and Heather!
