"We recently used Hotshot Steam Cleaning for all of our carpeting. Russell worked hard and did an amazing job for us. Prior to beginning his work, he explained that we may find that not all the stained areas would lift completely out but that he guarantees his work and would return to retreat if needed. I will mention, we are fairly new to the area and recently purchased our home and we could not say exactly what had stained the carpets prior to our purchase. Once the carpets dried, there were a couple areas where the staining was visible, but MUCH lighter than they had been. Russell called us to check in on the results and said he would return to retreat those areas. He followed through and retreated the areas and the stains are GONE. We also had him steam clean our upholstered furniture and the results are great. Not only does my furniture have a cleaner, fresher look, but also a fresher, cleaner smell. We were very pleased with Russell's service and would definitely have him do work for us again."
