"We had Creative Concrete pour and stamp our concrete patio in the back of our house. To my surprise…Bo and the crew finished this large project in one day! We are super happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism they provided from start to finish. Love the color, and stamp design used for our patio. Worth every penny spent! We Continue to receive compliments from friends and neighbors when we entertain. We would definitely use them again and/or recommend them to friends and family!"

"We had a pool installed and they were subcontractors for the pool company we used. 1st, they called and wanted the pool temp at 90 degrees (because they need to get in it) I am sorry buy a wet suit. This is Buffalo, NY 2nd, the heater shut off accidentally and Bo - the head guy in our yard yelled at me. WOW. Didn't do it on purpose Really the guy needs to get a cup of coffee before work. He yelled! 3rd, They poured gravel in the pool. They could have been more careful. UGH. I will not use them for anything."

"Creative Concrete is the primary concrete contractor for Colley's pools. They don't have to work for business because Colley's hands it to them. I called several times for a quote for additional work and never heard from them until they came to layout the pool. 6 weeks after the pool deck was installed I had a crack in new concrete because they didn't install a relief joint properly. When I asked about the additional work on my driveway they gave an excuse the yard was too wet and they would tear up (my already destroyed) yard. To make matters worse, they cleaned their equipment in my yard and left a block of concrete residue that I had to break up with a sledge hammer and haul away."

"Creative Concrete did an amazing job on our patios. They came when they said they would come and even contacted my husband several times throughout the day to update him. The rain lately has left our backyard wet and they were careful not to do any damage. The owner, Bo, is so enthusiastic and offered us great suggestions to complement the existing stamped concrete work we already had. Creative Concrete exceeded our expectations and we are so happy with their work that we are also looking to have them do our driveway and would recommend them highly."

"We are a non profit animal shelter, who hired Creative Concrete Inc to pour concrete for our handicap accessible front walkway and a concrete slab under our back entrance stairs. This business performed the work in May 2014. By January of 2015, the snow had started to melt and we noticed that the walkway was deteriorating. It quickly got to the point where we had to sweep the pieces of concrete that were breaking off daily. Then the sidewalk lines were separating. We contacted the business several times to make them aware of this issue. Finally, the secretary told us it was our fault for using pet safe salt on the concrete. Which confused us because the secretary said they ALSO use that salt on their sidewalks(but have had no problem) and we have used that same salt on our previous walkways and had no problem even remotely equal to what was going on at that time. After getting no where with the company for over a year, we went through with legal action and the Judge ended up requiring Creative Concrete Inc. to either re-do the work they did by October 2016 or pay us back. To our surprise, the company never came to re-do their work by that date. Which means they had to pay us the $3,478.00. It is now February 24, 2017 and we still have not received any communication or even one cent from this company. We hired this company to put a slab under our back entrance and a handicap accessible walkway for our non profit animal shelter, but it just turned into a complete nightmare. This company has now taken away countless hours and funds from the shelter that could of been devoted to these homeless animals."
