Hy-Tech Concrete

"I really hate to do this because I love to give great reviews to companies. But I’ll just start with our experience. We called them for a concrete pad to be poured in our back yard for our pole barn. We were getting a pad that was 32 x 36. Once we had discussed everything with them and they said that they can do the job they were not very responsive with getting back to us with a time and date . We understand weather varies into this, but it would’ve been nice to have a concrete or tentative date. We understand that people are very busy but to go months without a call should’ve been our first clue to walk away but this was 2022 and to get another concrete company out would’ve taken even longer than to just keep hounding this company to come out and do our concrete. Forward to getting the concrete done the pad it is beautiful they did a great job however, at the end of the concrete pad is a mess. I’ve never seen a concrete pad poured like this or left like this especially when it is a patio. Then fast forward two a few months later I’m cleaning some of the brush out of my yard and I look and see a large 4 x 4 area of concrete in the brush. They didn’t take away the unused concrete. They dumped it into the back Brush be hind my home.mind you this is not even my property. It is the neighbors property. I’ve contacted them twice by email and once by phone to clean it up and I have received zero response. Do better! I’m gonna have someone come and look at the end of the pad to see what it’s gonna cost to clean that up, and if my neighbors need to pay to clean it up, expect the bill."
