"My company (R. Peer Plumbing & Heating) were recently contracted by this company for a addition project in Lockport NY for plumbing and heating. We completed the rough plumbing and heating in early May. Upon completion of rough we billed them for 1st draw. It is now August and have not received any type of payment, and they are dodging any calls, emails or texts from me. After many conversations with the home owners (very nice people) we have come to find out that Santoro is ripping off them as well. Anyone that even considers this very dishonest company will suffer the same consequences. If anyone recommends this company run as fast as you can and find a reputable contractor. I have been in this business for 43 years and I can tell you this company is poor at best. I seriously don't know how they are supposedly still in business. Nothing but lies from them and their project manager Gary. By the way lousy work as well."

From the beginning of our first meeting was very professional and a quick response was a plus. Mr Santoro met with us we put in a plan and they started and finished right on schedule and the price was nice, I got exactly what I wanted this company took my vision and made it happen every day I see my master suite I think how beautiful. "I, as a business owner of three local locations have used Santoro construction for two complete commercial build outs for approximately 12,000 square feet of office space. Not only was the initial process of design and preparation easy, the end result was truly magnificent. Thanks to all the employees of mikes for really going above and beyond and finishing a week early !!! I’m preparing to remodel a 250,000 square foot building and have full confidence that these guys will arrive on time, give great advice and do the job properly. Thanks again"

"Santoro construction is a great asset to Buffalo area. Michael is a very professional contractor. He came to my home to give me a quote on a job that I had invisioned and included every detail that I did not even think of such as vanity type and an upflush toilet so I could have a bathroom in my basement! His wife Amy is such a kind and very sweet person with reassurance that made this dream a reality. Mike gave me an estimate that was fairly priced, and I did shop around but none of them could match what I was looking for and thier personality was not as comforting. My new guest quarters downstairs is amazing. My father is a retired contractor and when he saw what was done , he was very impressed at the quality of work and also praised Mike and his wonderful talent. Thank you Mike!"

"I would like to be the first person here to write a review of this company. Please ask Michael and Amelia where their 30 years of experience come from in the industry. Ask why he only incorporated Santoro Construction in May of 2017? It is in part due to the money he still owes our company since May of 2015. He has broke many promises to make good on paying for services rendered. Squarefoot Tradesmen is a trades placement company that put Shawn Edwards to work as a carpenter with ANA Services. We are still owed over $8000.00 by this man who signed a contract and never paid us for the payroll we paid out. Please do not hesitate to search the records in Erie County for a long list of people he owes money to under ANA Construction Services or ANA Construction. (my original review is probably still out there) BEWARE!!!! He will charm the heck out of you and run with your money."
