"Rental folks up front are great. Service and management are terrible. Have had many problems with equipment I’ve rented. Every time I’m left without anything to use. I rely on the equipment we rent to provide for my family. Just had problem with equipment again, and again without machine I’m paying for. I was told when I asked for machine to be switched out “do you think we have an unlimited supply of equipment?” Was supposed to receive call back from management and 24 hours later still no call!! I would rent elsewhere if I were you. Very very disappointed.."

"My company has rented from United Rentals since the early 2000s, but this was our first time dealing with this location in Williamsville and I've got to say I was BLOWN AWAY at the level of customer service they provided. From their office staff Valarie, to their outside rep Camden... They made the entire process easy and efficient. Camden answered my call at 7:30pm at night to help fix my reservation and add some equipment. Joe, the shop foreman assisted with replacing my hitch, loading the equipment and trailer without making me even lift a finger. If I could give 10 stars to this team i would! This group deserves kudos all around."

"It was very easy, hassle free and was the most affordable around my area. I was also helped by an associate without asking for help as I am stuck on crutches. I could have handled hooking up and unhooking on my own, but someone came out an assisted both times!"

"Poor customer service, never greeted when I go in. The desk workers always in a poor mood and treat me like I haven't worked with machines my entire life or dealt with them for a decade. That's all fine enough, its a job. Just got charged $100 for a $12 part plus the labor to literally open the machine and screw it on. I even called a week in advance to let them know about it. Didn't get an answer in the parts department for 2 days calling 3 times a day. Eventually had to yell at he operator when they tried to transfer me yet again saying the parts department must not have anyone there, 3 seconds later parts was on the line and said he had no idea which machine I had (do they not keep records) and no matter what machine they would have to order it in. Overall, the equipment is maintained enough to do the job if not clean...but avoid dealing with the people if possible."
