"Debbie was a bit rude on our visit. She was not in the office when we came, all the signs said OPEN but the doors were locked, there was a number to call, so I went to call it and she drove up as I was dialing waving her arms around telling me to hang up. She didn't make eye contact or greet us right away. She acted like we were wasting her time. Once we got inside she was a little nicer but not much. Also there is only one modular model to see and it doubles as a office so you can't feel out the size of the extra bedrooms well. Seemed like okay quality, but the price was Through the roof. I thought modular homes were supposed to be a lower cost to stick build homes, Debbie basically laughed at us for this thought. She kept harping on quality and telling us that that should be FAR more important to us than cost, but I am sorry when your cost is 40,000 + more than others you need to have more reasons for that than some drawers that can hold 100 pounds in the kitchen!! How much do utensils and spatulas weigh?"
