Cancelled the order and he was to send a refund check. Several weeks later, no check. Called him again and he was verbally abusive and cursing at me. Said he sent check to my son who was to get the order. Told me that my son needed to check his f.....n mailbox. My son did just get the check - today. Now we can get wood pellets but never again from him."
