"S & K Design and Build provided professional, skilled and creative service beginning with listening carefully to our specific needs through completion of our project. Dean worked with my disabled husband and me to design a beautiful first floor laundry room and kitchen addition, deck, wheelchair accessible bathroom and dormer creating safe stairwells. Jeff and the crew were very considerate of our needs, limiting disruptions and keeping a neat and clean workspace. The crew exhibited great pride in their work and completed each step with skill and precision. Jeff and Dean deftly managed subcontractors and guided us through the entire process. Our project was completed in a timely manner even while adding siding and roofing to the original plan and making necessary corrections to our 1940’s home’s uneven floors and ceilings, old wiring and heat ducts going nowhere. Jeff and Dean made suggestions which went above and beyond anything we could have envisioned. We feel like we have a new home and are extremely happy with the service provided by S & K Design and Build."
