I have an old house with very tall windows, and I don't believe I could've custom ordered all 19 of them and installed them myself for any less than the price that Window Town offered. The fella that performed the installation, Chase, was very knowledgeable and did a superb job, installing all 19 windows in 2 days. From the level of care with the new windows to the cleanup afterwards, he was truly a professional. If you are on the fence about calling them for an estimate, I would definitely do it. I wouldn't hesitate hiring them again for other projects and I will be recommending them to my friends and family."

"Called for a free estimate and the lady didn’t explain anything she was talking about, talked completely over my head and understanding of windows, then reccommended I take out my entire window and bring it to a different store. Pick another company if you want any level of professionalism and knowledge."

"It’s been 32 months since I paid for my windows and 25 months since they were poorly and incompletely installed. Every time they send someone it’s a new employee and I get the same response. “Wow this is wrong we need to correct it I’ll order the parts and get it done” then nothing. I have to continuously call and no resolution. The worst part is David the owner did my actual initial measure but I can’t reach him at all. After they get your money you are nothing to this shoddy company. I have many pictures of their “craftsmanship”. They left nails sticking 2” out of my walls, placed tools and windows on hardwood floors with no blankets down. Used my extension ladders without asking permission and left them on the house at the end of the day. This is a ridiculous company that only gets away with their horrible business model because there is no oversight in Jefferson county. I would stay far away from this shady company unless you really don’t like your home and you have years to wait to try to get things installed properly."
