"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. From start to finish, this company has been nothing short of a disaster. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Firstly, communication with Romano Property Development was abysmal. Despite numerous calls and messages, my inquiries and concerns were consistently ignored. It felt like once they had my money, they had no interest in providing any sort of customer service or support. The quality of work was shockingly poor. My driveway was left splattered with concrete, requiring endless hours of pressure washing to clean up. This level of carelessness is simply unacceptable. Adding insult to injury, Romano Property Development charged me for parts of the project that were never completed. This is not just unprofessional, but it borders on fraudulent behavior. They took my money and left me with an unfinished, subpar product. This company is a fraud. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and financial loss. There are plenty of other companies out there that value their customers and take pride in their work – unfortunately, Romano Property Development is not one of them."

"I had a small section of roof that needed repairing right before Christmas. I got Jeff’s name from Facebook and messaged him. He was at the house writhin 2h to get me a quote. He and another guy showed up 2 days later and completed the job. Would definitely recommend based on the experience. I can’t speak on the poor reviews, but for me it was great!"
