"I was referred to this business for bathroom renovation. I met Pete in November, he told me 1 wk and he would have an estimate. More than a week went by.. I called several times, he told me the estimate wasn't ready all! As of yesterday I never got a call, to say Boo,, it's ready ...until I sent a text yesterday, stating unprofessional business by Pete to not have extended a phone call.. after a month later and 3 calls by me.. because he did not meet his estimate due date! The owner called and didn't understand the problem! Really !!! Very unprofessional Syracuse Construction, To the owner maybe Pete needs training! If this was cool with you owner.. then shame on you! Buyer beware! To owner, your work is being backed up by poor work ethic! Happy Holidays!"
