"Called Hines because he was highly recommended by family and previous company that looked at our water pump was not returning calls and we were in an emergency situation. We needed our pump replaced and was without water. I called them at 8:00am as soon as they opened. The receptionist was awesome- got her team out to us in in record time. They are located in Marathon, NY and we are about a half hour away. They brought a pump in hopes of replacing it- come to find out we needed a new system. They got us right on their schedule and got it taken care of in the next couple days. All around great team to work with and will definitely use them in the future.
