"Great service"
"They do a beautiful job at a competitive rate. We've had them remove trees from our yard and had them redo our bathroom, living room, kitchen, and just recently all new hardwood floors. Friendly and professional. Our office renovation is next."
"I don't know about the quality of work, but they completely lack any customer service. I reached out and talked to her and even set up a time to meet later in the day. I left work early to meet them, but received a message that they had a family issue. I get it things happen, we talked and agreed to touch base in a week or two. I called after a couple of weeks and talked to him and he told me he was on a job and to call back and leave a message and he would call later that evening. I called back, left a message and never heard back. I have also called and texted her, but have been ignored over the course of several weeks. If you don't want the work or are too busy, just say so and don't waste peoples time. Other contractors have the common courtesy to say, either they don't want the job, or that they are too busy and won't be able to get to the job until a later date. I don't recommend them, as the follow through and communication is severely lacking."
