I called with a discovery of mold in a difficult-to-access part of my house, and they found a way to ensure that everything was cleaned up. The day of the work, we had a big winter storm in the forecast, and they brought an extra guy to ensure the job could still get done in time to beat the storm. They took the time to show me their work afterwards and talk through some prevention questions I had, and were very easy to work with throughout the process.
