"Park at staging area (( ok to overnight sleep)) and walk to Security .. check in 18;30.. appt 20:00 .. got door 19;50 ... Start unloading 20:27 .. Pay Lumper 20:40 .. ok paperwork 22:20 .."

"The people I had to talk too were friendly park in the staging area across the street 2nd entrance on the right they allow over night parking there a couple dumpsters and a Porta John once parked in staging area walk bols to guard shack and check in be ready for a long stay"

"The 2 stars are for the overnight parking and security guards. Other than that, this place is a joke. Park across the street from Mclane and walk to guard shack, take ID and paperwork with you when checking in. They start calling drivers in at 7pm, you’ll need an appt. I checked in @ 5:40pm for my 8pm appt, got a call from security at 7:30 and was given a door right away. They finally gave me my paperwork back at 1:18am, that’s right, almost 6hours. Anyway, you don’t ever leave your truck, once in a door, they text you to pay the lumper and they’ll come out to your truck with your paperwork when they’re done, ( paying for lumper or having a green light doesn’t mean they are done, they brought my paperwork 2 hours after paying the lumper). Leave doors open on the way out for the security. Good luck ya’ll ✌️"

"Park in the staging area which directly across the street from the check in gate. Walk to the guard shack to check in. You will need your drivers license, a picture is fine as well. Then you wait to be called for a door. Receiving is from 7pm-2am"

"My appointment was for 8pm they called in at 7:45pm and after paying lumper on line thru capstone I was out by 9:30pm. So they have gotten better. They do have overnight plenty of room across the street. A porter potty. Park and check in at guard shack then they call you. They do not start unloading till 7pm to 2am. Plenty of trash can to throw your garbage away. Don’t leave garbage on ground. Lumper is somewhat high. Mine was $395.00. Over all will definitely come back"
