"This is the worst store ever. You have an out of ordinary coupon, ie extra fuel points and cashier doesn't know how to execute. You ask for rebate form and get expired one. I mean who looks when you can't get this form from cashier but have to to to "customer service." Nearby gas station Jack up prices so even with gas points, otherstations are cheaper. I have more but why bother. Wegmans here I come where I'm valued as a customer"

"Every time I call this location, they can never provide the service of a Friday fish dinner because of staffing issues, or because they have their employees shut off the fryer hours earlier. I wish I was exaggerating when I said it’s been months since I’ve been able to successfully order a fish dinner and I’ve called regularly. Both tops in our area are never able to service ONE dinner. What’s the point in offering the dinners if you can’t order one? After many attempts, and trying to communicate to management, I have just decided that the tops locations in our areas are just not going to be able to provide this service. Which is sad."

"Should be called: Price Gouging Market. 8 red bell peppers here: cost over $22 Drove over to Walmart: cost under $12. First time in this store/chain, also my last. Would strongly recommend folks visit Walmart or Wegmans instead."

"This is the worst grocery store ever. I’m sure why I keep coming here but this is the last time. I get the wrong size diapers and I go to return them because they don’t have the size I need and they tell me that I can’t because the customer service counter is closed even though the store is open until midnight according to Google. Most nights I come in the store there’s no cashiers so if you’re shopping for a good amount of stuff be prepared to scan and bag it yourself. Process takes longer than the actual shopping. Do yourself a favor and go 2 mins up the road to Wegmans or Price Chopper, or even Walmart."
