"I had 4” of water flood in my basement, and was pretty devastated about how I was going to handle it. After cleaning up and throwing out so many things, I called around for quotes to dry the basement out. I called a few different places, locally owned and national franchises, and Paladin was the first person I spoke to. The owner is amazing - he was quick, informative, understanding that this situation was awful and he made the process so much better! He was reassuring, and efficient. Explained how everything worked, and then started in. He not only was great with me but took the time to answer my young kid’s questions about everything, and do so very patiently, as well at chatted with my one son about video games, and showed my youngest how he could see his heat signature on the wall with some of his “fancy equipment” as my son called it. I can’t recommend Paladin restoration enough. The job Paladin did was fantastic, my basement is bone dry!!"

"I had a pipe break in my basement going to my washing machine. I called servpro because they were the first name that popped up in the search results. The person who answered told me they guessed it was at least $5000 worth of damage and that was their portion only, not excluding putting my basement back together. I decided to shop around and called Paladin Restoration next. Chris said it was tough to give a solid number over the phone but hed be happy to come out for free to give me an idea of what was needed. He sucked out all the water and left some eq to dry everything for several days. In the end the total bill was close to my insurance deductible and when he left my basement was bone dry and cleaner than its been in years! I would recommend anyone who goes thru this nightmare give Paladin a call as well as some other companies and decide for yourself who really cares about you as a person or just as a customer to make a fortune off of.
