"It's been 4 years since the last time we visited and we loved it both times!! We were able to walk right in and had no wait to get our wristbands. We also had no wait or people on our heels as we played 18 holes of mini golf. A few of the greens are ripped but we love the bridges, stones paths, and had some competitive fun! We laughed so much while spraying each other in the bumper boats! It's always one of my faves! Off to the water play area with huge dumping bucket, multiple slides, and tons of water fun! They have places to swim and 2 tall slides for taller kids. There are lots of lounge chairs and shade too. The swim up bar has lots of options and there's more swimming pools there. The lazy river was my favorite! So relaxing! We headed to go karts and only waited 10 mins. We went zoom zoom and had a blast! Pretty long ride too! We ended the day with the ride through zoo and then the walk inside zoo! We loved it!! Lots of fun had by all. The water is cool and refreshing on a long day!! And the animals eat right out of your hand. Take some extra money and splurge on the food!(for people and animals)The pizza and fries were delicious!"
"My family absolutely loves this place. Kids had a blast and didn’t want to leave. Would absolutely advise everyone to buy there tickets on Groupon it’s much cheaper than buying on monsoons website. The only downside I would say is the food and drink prices. But that can absolutely be avoided by bringing a cooler and leaving it in your car. You have to go through the parking lot to get to each different attraction Anyway, so you might as well stop at your car to get a drink or eat for a second. The petting zoo was pretty small, but it was really cool how Each animal would always come up to the fence. The go kart Track was pretty neat. My children absolutely loved the waterpark There was a mini golf course, but we didn’t actually get to it as well as a lazy river. I would definitely recommend for a family. especially those kids 14 and younger"
"I gave this place a 4 because of the food prices and alcohol prices and they close too early and the Safari ride was a joke, just had cows and deer, had 3 zebras behind a fence, that's it. We really did enjoy the water park and the go carts were a lot of fun. The water was clean and not too cold, the staff was very nice and polite. It was 50.00 to get in, but you can get Groupon for 30.00, just not the day of, no exceptions, not allowed to bring food or water in, they did allow my yeti bottle. I would go back but just use the Groupon next time, skip the Safari ride. The zoo is included also, it was pretty good too, just don't expect lions, Tigers or bears."
"It’s “ok” but barely- especially if you overpay for admission. The regular price for the season pass is quite high for the state of the facility. Everything is old and tattered. The pool chairs are made from that plastic fabric stuff that pokes the crap out of you when it goes bad. Spoiler: theirs are old, bad, and pokey. The outdoor “cabana” appears to have an indoor leather couch in it. The price of food is of course outrageous. It’s not the greatest either. A season pass for this place is the same as the Columbus Zoo which also has a water park included and its easily four times the size and that might be insulting to zoombezie bay as it very well may cover 16 times the space if you think of a grid plus the zoo itself. I did say its ok and it is. It’s better than nothing and everything appears to work. There is nothing else close other than Kalahari which is also significantly better. So its just a matter of what you pay and what you get out of it. Two stars vs. three. Two is probably too harsh but it’s barely a three if you round 2.5 up. Check it out on a day pass."
"I recently visited The Watering Hole and Waterpark, and they offered a good mix of fun for the family. My daughter was absolutely thrilled with the safari experience; feeding the animals was the highlight of her day. Additionally, the go-karts added an exciting touch to our visit. However, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The water in the waterpark was frigid, making it challenging to enjoy for extended periods. Furthermore, the snack and adult bars could benefit from a more comprehensive selection. Regardless, the overall experience was positive, and we'd consider returning. Recommended for families looking for diverse entertainment in one place!"
