"The women at the United ticket counter were very helpful after TSA required me to check my rollaboard bag. It was just after the cutoff for when checked bags are taken to the plane when I arrived from the security checkpoint. Instead of telling me that I was out of luck, one of the agents said she would personally take my bag right then to the plane, to ensure that it went on my flight. I sincerely appreciated this exemplary customer service!"

"This may change, but they lost my luggage. The connecting flight was absolutely brutal as they had a delay & I was 5 minutes from missing my flight after sprinting for my life. Status update on my checked bag has not been updated 48 hours after I flew & have notified them every single day without an answer. I thank the United crew for attempting to help me, but the Syracuse United Airline team has been very disappointing."

"This is the worst airline I've ever dealt with. Because of the guy working the check in counter at 5:30 am named Julio today and his nasty rudeness and unwillingness to be polite and professional, I will NEVER fly with United again, especially at Hancock Airport in Syracuse NY. Worst travel experience EVER, to the point that I'm going to Karen this situation and call corporate to make a formal complaint. American Airlines was much better to deal with on my way out here, so that's where we will spend our $ next month"

"Left out of here during the holidays in 2021 and we had some issues like my son not being checked into the flight (he's 1 and it was a problem they were having with lap child tickets). Leondra ( she's a manager) was able to get it sorted out pretty quickly she also rescheduled our flight which we were gonna miss due to some unforeseen circumstances but it was really clutch of her and really helped with easing a potentially very stressful situation. Thanks to Leondra my wife, son and I were able to get to our destination and with no stress."
