"the fact that such a disorganized neglectful mess of a court is allowed to make decisions that effect people's lives every day is downright criminal"
"This court is very unorganized NEVER and I mean NEVER answer their phone. Sometimes it just rings and rings other times no ring at all or just a long beeping sound that sounds lije a fax number. And the women who answers the phone is EXTREMELY rude and shouldn't be allowed to deal with people."
"After 2 years of not hearing from them about a speeding ticket they decided to suspend my license and I hadn’t even gotten anything about it. I wouldn’t of never knew if I didn’t get pulled over by a village cop. So when I called about the ticket the person told me that I needed to send the ticket in pleading guilty. I didn’t have the ticket because I already sent it back in. So after 2 years with no response I thought it was thrown out. Also I have lived in the same place over almost 20 years they said they sent me a letter regarding this and it was sent back to them as non deliverable. Not sure why. However, I don’t believe after 2 years no matter the circumstances that a person shouldn’t have to be the one to suffer from another’s mistakes or negligence. So now I’m told I have to plead guilty and pay a $70.00 suspension fee because this court is very negligents."
"I've had the same experience as other posters. I'm trying to pay a fine for my son's speeding ticket and I can't get anyone on the phone to take my money. I live over 200 miles away making it impractical to pay in person and I just want to give them a credit card #."
"I am shocked that there a person paid to tend the office.. After making 14 calls though out the day during regular business hours I have yet to have someone pick up. Rather the phone will ring for 3 minutes and not prompt or allow me to leave a message. In addition to this major inconvenience, there was no email address provided. If I didn't live two hours away I would have gone in but I would rather not drive all that way to find a sleeping clerk."
