Store America - Liverpool

"Love love love Store America! Clean units, wonderful staff, completely secure. We (very unfortunately) had to last minute rent a unit at public storage because Store America didn’t have a second one available in the size we needed and we had to store things quick. Public Storage has been an absolute nightmare- Dirty units, (HUGE oil stain upon move in, was told “Well if you want, you can clean it before you put stuff in”, (ummmm, that’s your job), terrible policies, RODENTS, the fence around is also broken in several places so anyone can get in at anytime, just awful awful) store America had taken such good care of us, had something personal happen and was several weeks late on payment. They were patient, and even waved all fees, in doing so I was able to pay an extra month. I recommend 200%., and anyone who I know, who mentions they might need storage, I can’t say enough good things about this place when telling them to come here. Thanks guys!"

"Rented online under the impression I would be able to move stuff in. No one was at either location to give me the code to my unit. Very unreliable and would not recommend. When I called both locations I didn’t not get an answer and still waiting on someone to call me back."

"Rented a storage unit from this place. A couple weeks after signing lease, found the main gate wide open in the middle of the night when I was supposed to be paying for a secure facility. I work overnights so i would stop by after work around 3 or 4 in the morning. Everytime I would drive in, stop at my unit and drive out many many times... Nobody ever stopped me.. I guess security was on break!!!! Luckily for them I was not there for wrong reasons because a real theif would of had a field day with this place.. After it wasn't fixed for multiple weeks, I complained and they finally decided to fix it. They were not doing maintenance on the gate.. I asked an employee and they informed me it was broke and will be fixed someday!!! Well I guess I wasted money paying for a nonsecure facility when I thought I was paying for a place with at least a secure main gate. I found this facility also does a horrible job of clearing the snow around the storage units during the winter months so be prepared to shovel alot if u do rent.. Absolutely terrible customer service skills from all employed especially from krystal Osborne!!! They raised my rent out of the blue a few months after moving in!!! Just bad business practices all the way around.. I recommend checking other storage places before this one, considering there is alot of options when it comes to storage unit around this area!! If u put a bad review, KRYSTAL OSBORNE will call and threaten you to take it down which is harrassement!! Completely wrong, don't know who she thinks she is trying to rule the world. The last thing I will do is take down this review. Horrible customer service from this place from all parties involved...SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
