"Went to get new lenses in frames I had previously purchased at Olson. They came back with the frame separated at the bottom. They looked awful. The women helping me said they had 100% guarantee and would send them back to the lab. When I picked them up 2 weeks later they were exactly the same. I said I wasn't happy but the man "helping" me said they went above and beyond. So I spent over $400 for glasses that look shoddy. Where is the 100% guarantee?"
