"I just wanted to tell of our experience today. I know my family of 4 will NOT be returning again. It was my son's first time at the dentist and he has severe situational anxiety. I talked to him plenty and he seemed OK about the visit. Once called back, he had a total melt down. The hygenist and I both worked with him and we eventually got my son in the chair. Dr. Owoc came in the room, yelled at me AND my child saying "Get him out of here NOW! I have a business to run here and he is unacceptable with how he's acting. If he wants to be a baby, then send him to a baby dentist, I don't want him here though!" (My son is only 5 years old and I should also add the only other patient was my daughter getting her teeth cleaned and another person finishing up) Dr. Owoc looked right at me, threw his hands in the air, rolled his eyes at me and walked away. I stood up for my child and spoke my mind. Picked my son up out of that chair and we walked out. I have never felt so degraded by a Doctor in my life! We've already left the practice and won't be returning. Just wanted to share my experience today after going there for years. We'll travel the few extra minutes to see Dr.Liu from now on."

"Changing to one star! Look back in your records and see how many times you have cancelled an appointment for our family, just in the past two years! We both work full time and have a full time student and cannot continue to change our schedules and get cancelled anyway. Sunny, warm day, last appointment of the day and we are cancelled AGAIN!"

"I came today for a routine cleaning and exam. This was my first cleaning with Dana. She was pleasant and very thorough. Everyone in the office was efficient. I was called back to the exam room at the scheduled time.Dr Eddy did my exam. He explained options for my missing molar instead of the partial I have had for several years. My visit was pleasant. I have scheduled my next visit with Dana for 6 months from now. I appreciate White Oak Dental being close to home and a wonderful practice."

"I'm TERRIFIED of the dentist. Have been since I was younger. Had a loss tooth and they got me in this week. While I was there they cleaned my teeth and were very thorough. They made me feel comfortable specially when they knew I was not. The assistant was very helpful she help sooth my nerves for the most part. I'm not a huge dentist person but I don't think I'll be going anywhere else. Specially when I already made my next 2 appointments. 5 stars here and more."
