"Truly the worst. We contracted with them for a formal event recently to have transportation to and from the venue we rented, but they showed up an hour late to pick us up from the venue. Communication with them was terrible and they were unprofessional with their work. For instance, they gave us a phone number to contact to pay them but the number they provided was for someone who was on medical leave. We were only able to sort out the payment the day of the event. We tried to contact them multiple times after our event with a number of different phone numbers but they did not pick up at all. At that point, we were worried about being able to get home at all since there were no Ubers around and it was late at night. Strongly recommend for no one to do business with them."

"Scenario: A bus breaks down just outside of town, a 10 minute drive from where Birnie has another available. Easy solution, just send another bus, right? Not if you're Birnie! No, in this situation the Birnie solution is to send a mechanic out, have them spend an hour looking at the bus, THEN send a replacement! Who cares if your customers are on a half day trip that they've missed half of by the time you get around to dispatching the replacement bus, good customer service is overrated anyway."
"Awful, completely inept bus service. Last month the driver got lost taking a bus of preschool children from Dryden to Binghamton. He refused to listen to the teachers' recommendations, and refused to look at the GPS on their phones. The poor kids were in the car for THREE hours. He finally stopped at a gas station for directions. Today, the kids were supposed to go to the zoo in Syracuse. The bus never showed up. After we called and called we were finally told that the bus was sent out for service. What?! And they didn't bother to tell us? There were 20 3 and 4 yr olds counting on that bus, not to mention 5 of us parents who had taken the day off from work. Completely inexcusable. I am furious with this company."
